With convenience in mind, slip-on collar bandanas can be used without the hassle of tying or snapping to put them on. These can be worn just by ‘slipping’ it on your dog’s collar through the opening between the front and the back of the bandana, then clipping your collar around your pup’s neck. It typically has the same design and pattern on both sides.

Bandanas are a great way to add a little personality to your pooch, but it does not end there. They can be more than just cute accessories. Bandanas are also great for protecting your pup from the sun, bugs, and awkward moments and ensure walk safety! 

Dog bandanas are usually made from cotton or polyester. Cotton bandanas are durable and breathable but absorb water pretty fast. So, look for washable cotton bandanas for a perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Whilst, polyester is also a great choice as it is strong, wrinkle-resistant, and also does not colour fade easily. 

Slip-on dog bandanas are safe, but you should always keep an eye on your dogs whenever they’re wearing one. Make sure you have chosen the right fit for them so they can be comfortable with it. You should also remove their bandanas if they’re unattended because they might get caught on things. 

Better to really be attentive to your pups, especially in crowded places.

To ensure the best fit for your dog, we suggest that you measure their neck using a tape measure or string before purchase. We recommend you select a bandana that is just over half the size of your dog’s neck, where the collar naturally sits. You can also refer to our sizing chart as your guide. 

Make your danas paw-fect! 

Since our dog bandanas are all handmade, we do not recommend machine wash or tumble dry. NALZO, instead, recommends hand washing or spot wiping only. You can also iron flat your dog bandanas, but for personalised or vinyl, do not iron directly.

You can order personalised bandanas by checking out our ADD-ONS in our ‘customise my bandanas’ section. You can add to your pup’s name or a saying. Just choose your font style and colour, and add it to your cart. Once you head over to our checkout, a comment will pop for you to add your personalised details and preferences. Otherwise, we will reach out on the same business day to confirm your personalised text.
