How do I clean my accessories?

Handmade Accessories

We recommend hand wash or spot wipe all our handmade accessories. We do not recommend machine wash or tumble dry.

Accessories are recommended hang to dry.

Other Accessories

In order to keep the quality of the products, we recommend hand wash or spot wipe only. We do not suggest machine wash or tumble dry. All accessories are recommended to hang to dry.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Note that with COVID19 restrictions in place, shipping times can be significantly delayed. Please refer to our Shipping Terms and Conditions.

Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?

Please notify us within 24 hours by sending an email to info@nalzo.com.au. We will do our best to cancel your order and issue you with a refund. 

Please note that we strictly do not offer refunds once your order been shipped, we do however offer store credits. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Does my order have delivery tracking?

Yes. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number that can be tracked on the Sendle website. 

Is each item really handmade?

Yes! Our dog bandanas, hair bows, mini hair scrunchies and oversized hair scrunchies are personally hand-made by Alice Nguyen in Sydney. We take our time to delicately craft products that our customers and their fur-babies can wear with confidence. 

All our other products are uniquely designed and hand-drawn by Alice Nguyen. This allows our products to be unique and stylish for your fur-babies to show it off on the streets.

Where are you located?

We are based in Sydney, Australia. All items are carefully packed and despatched right here in Sydney! :)
